DNC: Which Mitt Is McCain Endorsing? [Video]

Four years ago, it would have been hard to imagine Arizona Senator John McCain endorsing Mitt Romney, and urging voters “to make sure that we make [Romney] the next President.” After all, McCain seemed happiest throughout the 2008 campaign when he was gleefully attacking Romney for changing his positions on the issues and for being unfit to lead the country.

The Democratic National Committee is hoping to capitalize on that history. Today they released a video mash-up of McCain mocking Romney as a flip-flopper in the 2008 primaries. The video asks: “If McCain thinks Romney has two positions on every issue…which Mitt is he endorsing?”
